nike free trainer v7 review not working: XoilacTV

Nike Free Trainer v7 men's training shoes offer lightweight flexibility and support. Features include: Phylon Midsole - A lightweight foam cushioning in the midsole of the shoe that reduces shock onto the foot. Flywire cables enhance lockdown and create a glove like fit. Dynamic stretch bands placed in the midfoot provide support.

Billed as a crosstraining shoe, the Nike Free Trainer V7 doesn't work for a lot of activities. Its cushioning is too soft for lifting and not ample enough for running. For activities that require lateral support, the shoe doesn't deliver either.

I purchased these late September/October of last year and pulled them out of the closet today to do a quick review.These are the 49ER NIKE FREE TRAINER V7's!...
